About this piece
The first movement of Beethoven's Piano Sonata No. 14 in C♯ minor, Op. 27 No. 2 (1801). The nickname “Moonlight” came later, after the poet and critic Ludwig Rellstab compared the music to moonlight on Lake Lucerne.
The original is in C♯ minor; the Plush Keys arrangement is moved so you can play it on white keys only.
