Plush Keys プライバシーポリシー

Plush Keys（プラッシュキーズ。以下「本アプリ」）は、ヒロのアプリ商店（個人開発者。以下「当方」）が提供する、子ども向けの横画面ピアノアプリです。本ポリシーは、本アプリにおける情報の取り扱いについて説明します。本アプリをご利用いただくことで、本ポリシーの内容に同意したものとみなされます。

当方は、お子さまを含む利用者のプライバシーを尊重します。本アプリは、利用者を識別するためのアカウント登録を必要とせず、当方のサーバーへ個人情報を送信しません。

1. 当方が取得しない情報

本アプリは、次の情報を取得しません。

  • アカウント情報（氏名、メールアドレス、ユーザー名、パスワード、ログイン情報など）。本アプリにアカウント登録やログインの仕組みはありません。
  • お問い合わせ等で利用者ご自身が当方のメールアドレス宛に任意で送信される情報を除く、連絡先情報。
  • 位置情報、連絡先、健康情報などの個人データ。
  • 解析（アナリティクス）目的でのアプリ利用状況データ。当方は解析 SDK を一切組み込んでいません。
  • 広告トラッキング目的の識別子。当方は IDFA（広告識別子）の取得や App Tracking Transparency（ATT）の許可要求を行いません。

2. 端末内に保存される情報（ローカル保存のみ）

本アプリの設定、購入状態、学習記録などのデータは、お使いの端末内（iOS の UserDefaults）にローカル保存されます。これらのデータが当方や第三者のサーバーへ送信されることはありません。

該当するデータの例: アプリの各種設定／App 内課金による機能のロック解除状態／練習・学習の記録。

本アプリを端末から削除すると、これらのローカルデータも削除されます（App 内課金の購入記録は Apple のアカウントに紐づくため、復元機能により再取得できます。第3条をご参照ください）。

3. App 内課金（Apple StoreKit）

本アプリは、Apple の StoreKit2 を用いた非消耗型の App 内課金（広告除去／プレミアム機能のロック解除）を提供します。決済は Apple が処理します。クレジットカード番号などの支払い情報は Apple が取り扱い、当方が支払い情報を受け取ることはありません。購入の検証・復元は Apple の仕組みを通じて行われます。Apple による情報の取り扱いについては、Apple のプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

4. 広告（Google AdMob）

本アプリは、無料でご利用の場合に、Google AdMob によるインタースティシャル（全画面）広告を表示します（App 内課金で広告除去を購入された場合は表示されません）。

  • 本アプリの AdMob は、子ども向け（child-directed）として配信するよう設定しています。具体的には、child-directed 扱い（TFCD = true）および年齢制限下のユーザー（under-age = true）として扱い、広告の最高表示評価を「G」に制限し、非パーソナライズ広告（行動ターゲティングを行わない広告）のみを配信します。
  • 広告配信および不正防止の目的で、AdMob（Google）は端末識別子・IP アドレス等を取り扱うことがあります。これらは Google による広告配信の仕組みの一部であり、Google のプライバシーポリシーに従って取り扱われます。

5. 動画作成機能

本アプリには、利用者ご自身のフォトライブラリの写真を用いて動画を作成する機能があります。写真の処理はすべて端末内で行われ、作成した動画はお使いの端末のカメラロールに保存されます。写真・動画が当方や第三者のサーバーへアップロード・送信されることはありません。この機能を利用する際は、iOS の仕組みによりフォトライブラリへの書き込み許可を求めることがあります（書き込み専用）。許可はいつでも端末の「設定」から変更できます。

6. 子どものプライバシー

本アプリは子ども向けの内容を含みます。当方は子どものプライバシー保護を重視しています。

  • 当方は、本アプリの利用者から個人情報を取得しません（第1条参照）。
  • 13歳未満を含む利用者に対し、行動ターゲティング広告を表示しません。広告はすべて非パーソナライズ広告として配信するよう設定しています（第4条参照）。
  • 当方は、子どもから知り得て個人情報を収集することはありません。万一、保護者の同意なく子どもの個人情報が当方に提供されたとお考えの場合は、第9条の連絡先までご連絡ください。確認のうえ、当方が保有する場合は速やかに（通常30日以内に）削除します。

なお、本アプリは Apple の年齢区分「4+」の一般カテゴリ（Education／Music）として配信しており、Apple の Kids Category には登録していません。

7. EU 一般データ保護規則（GDPR）に基づく権利

欧州経済領域（EEA）にお住まいの利用者は、適用される GDPR に基づき、個人データへのアクセス・訂正・消去（忘れられる権利）、処理の制限・異議、データポータビリティ、同意の撤回（同意に基づく処理がある場合）、監督機関への苦情申立て、といった権利を有する場合があります。

本アプリは利用者の個人データを当方のサーバーで収集・保管していないため、当方が保有・提供できる個人データは原則として存在しません。AdMob（Google）による広告配信に関連する処理については、Google が独立した管理者（controller）として取り扱うため、Google のプライバシーポリシーおよび利用者向けの管理ツールをご利用ください。非パーソナライズ広告の配信に係る処理の法的根拠は、当方の正当な利益（無料アプリの運営資金確保）に基づきます。当方への権利行使のご請求は、第9条の連絡先までご連絡ください。

8. データの保持

  • 当方は利用者の個人データを当方のサーバーに保管しません。したがって、当方側で保持する個人データはありません。
  • 端末内にローカル保存されるデータ（設定・購入状態・学習記録）は、利用者が本アプリを使用する間、または本アプリを削除するまで端末内に保持されます。
  • AdMob（Google）が広告配信に関連して取り扱う情報の保持については、Google のプライバシーポリシーに従います。

10. 本ポリシーの改定

当方は、法令の変更や本アプリの機能変更に応じて、本ポリシーを改定することがあります。重要な変更を行う場合は、本ページの内容を更新し、上記の施行日を改定します。改定後に本アプリを継続してご利用いただくことで、改定後のポリシーに同意したものとみなされます。

Plush Keys Privacy Policy

Plush Keys ("the App") is a landscape-only piano app for children, provided by Hiro Apps Shoten, an individual developer ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled in the App. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

We respect the privacy of our users, including children. The App does not require account registration to identify users, and it does not send personal information to our servers.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

The App does not collect:

  • Account information (name, email address, username, password, login credentials, etc.). The App has no account or login system.
  • Contact information, except for any information you voluntarily choose to send to our email address (for example, when you contact us).
  • Personal data such as location, contacts, or health data.
  • App usage data for analytics purposes. We do not include any analytics SDK.
  • Identifiers for advertising tracking. We do not collect the IDFA (advertising identifier) and do not present an App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt.

2. Information Stored on Your Device (Local Storage Only)

Your settings, purchase status, and learning records are stored locally on your device (in iOS UserDefaults). This data is never transmitted to our servers or to any third party's servers. Examples: app settings, unlock status of features obtained through in-app purchases, and practice/learning records.

When you delete the App from your device, this local data is also removed. (In-app purchase records are tied to your Apple account and can be re-obtained using the Restore Purchases function. See Section 3.)

3. In-App Purchases (Apple StoreKit)

The App offers non-consumable in-app purchases (remove ads / unlock premium features) using Apple's StoreKit2. Payments are processed by Apple. Payment information such as credit card numbers is handled by Apple, and we do not receive your payment information. Purchase verification and restoration are performed through Apple's mechanisms. 4. Advertising (Google AdMob)

When you use the App for free, the App displays interstitial (full-screen) ads served by Google AdMob. (Ads are not displayed if you have purchased the ad-removal in-app purchase.)

  • AdMob in the App is configured to serve ads as child-directed. Specifically, we treat requests as tagged for child-directed treatment (TFCD = true) and as under the age of consent (under-age = true), limit the maximum ad content rating to "G," and serve non-personalized ads only (ads that do not use behavioral targeting).
  • For the purposes of serving ads and preventing fraud, AdMob (Google) may process device identifiers, IP address, and similar information. This is part of Google's ad-serving infrastructure and is handled in accordance with Google's privacy policy.

5. Video Creation Feature

The App includes a feature that creates videos using photos from your own photo library. All photo processing is performed on your device, and created videos are saved to your device's camera roll. Photos and videos are never uploaded or transmitted to our servers or to any third party's servers. When you use this feature, iOS may ask for permission to add to your photo library (add-only). You can change this permission at any time in your device Settings.

6. Children's Privacy

The App includes content for children, and we take the protection of children's privacy seriously.

  • We do not collect personal information from users of the App (see Section 1).
  • We do not show behaviorally targeted advertising to any user, including users under the age of 13. All ads are configured to be served as non-personalized ads (see Section 4).
  • We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that a child's personal information has been provided to us without parental consent, please contact us at the address in Section 9, and we will review and, if we hold any such information, delete it promptly (typically within 30 days).

Note: The App is distributed under Apple's "4+" age rating in a general category (Education / Music) and is not enrolled in Apple's Kids Category.

7. Your Rights Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you may have the following rights under applicable GDPR: the right to request access to, rectification of, or erasure of your personal data; the right to restrict or object to processing; the right to data portability; the right to withdraw consent (where processing is based on consent); and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Because the App does not collect or store your personal data on our servers, we generally hold no personal data that we could provide. For processing related to ad serving by AdMob (Google), Google acts as an independent data controller, so please use Google's privacy policy and user-facing controls. The legal basis for processing related to non-personalized ad serving is our legitimate interest in funding a free app. To exercise your rights with respect to us, please contact us at the address in Section 9.

8. Data Retention

  • We do not store your personal data on our servers, and therefore we retain no personal data on our side.
  • Data stored locally on your device (settings, purchase status, learning records) is retained on your device while you use the App, or until you delete the App.
  • Retention of information handled by AdMob (Google) in connection with ad serving is governed by Google's privacy policy.

10. Changes to This Policy
